Okay, so I had this task. Needed to find the airport code for Trinidad. Sounds simple, right? Well, it turned into a bit of a mini-adventure, so I figured I’d share my process.
Step 1: The Obvious – Google It!
First thing I did, naturally, was fire up Google. I typed in something like “airport code Trinidad”. I figured it would be a quick search and done.
Step 2: Getting Specific.
My initial search brought up a bunch of stuff, some of it not what I wanted. Trinidad is a popular name. So many options,I realised that search term needed to be more specified.
I specified it to “airport code for trinidad and tobago”
Step 3: Finally Got IT!
After I specified the search term.I found out the IATA airport code is POS
So, there you have it! The airport code for Piarco International Airport in Trinidad and Tobago is POS. Took a bit more digging than expected, but hey, that’s sometimes how these things *, this little journey saves someone else a bit of time!
