Okay, so today I decided to get my hands dirty and actually do some “green activities.” I’ve been reading a lot about sustainability lately, and it was time to stop reading and start doing.

Getting Started
First, I gathered all the plastic bottles and containers I could find around the house. I’ve been meaning to do this for ages, and today was finally the day. Honestly, there were way more than I expected. It’s kind of embarrassing, but it’s a good wake-up call.
The Sorting Process
Then, the fun began. I sorted everything. Plastic went into one bag, paper into another, and glass into a separate box.
I have to put differnt thing into diffrent place!I’ll explain the details.
- Plastic bottles
- Old newspapers
- Glass jars
It sounds easier, I found that some of the containers still had food residue in them, so I rinsed those out first. My younger brother came to see what all the commotion was about, and ended up watching it.

Taking Action
After everything was sorted and cleaned, I loaded it all into my *’s time to take all these sorted items to the recycling center! It was surprisingly satisfying to see the trunk filled with bags and boxes ready for recycling.
Feeling Accomplished
Finally, I drove to the local recycling center and dropped everything *’s just a small thing, but it feels good to actually do something concrete. My neighbor even saw me unloading the car and gave me a thumbs-up. I guess it will be a little bit of a good influence!
It wasn’t a huge, life-changing event, but it was a start. And it definitely made me more aware of how much waste I produce. I’m already thinking about what I can do next week. Maybe composting? We’ll see!
