Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “hypnosis fantasies” thing for a while now, and I figured I’d share my, uh, process. It’s been a wild ride, let me tell you.

Getting Started
First, I cleared my schedule. No distractions, phone on silent, the whole nine yards. I needed to, like, really focus. I found a quiet spot in my place – my bedroom, usually – and made sure the lighting was dim. Think cozy, not creepy.
The “Induction”
This is where things got interesting. I started with some deep breathing exercises. Inhale, exhale, you know the drill. The goal was to get my body super relaxed. Then I picked a focal point – sometimes it’s a spot on the wall, sometimes it’s just closing my eyes and picturing a calm, blank space.
- Deep breathing: In, out, slow and steady.
- Find a focal point: Wall, eyes closed, doesn’t matter.
- Relax every muscle: Seriously, even your toes.
Building the Fantasy
Once I felt that “floaty” feeling, started to make my scenarios.
and I let my mind wander. This part is all about imagination.I just picture * it is all about vivid.

Coming Back
After a while – sometimes it’s 20 minutes, sometimes it’s longer – I slowly start bringing myself back. I wiggle my fingers and toes, take a few more deep breaths, and open my eyes when I feel ready. It’s like waking up from a really good nap, except…different.
So yeah, that’s basically my routine. It’s been a pretty interesting way to explore my imagination, and I’m definitely going to keep experimenting.
