Okay, so, “pink aura” – sounds kinda mystical, right? I was curious, so I decided to give it a try myself. Here’s how it all went down, step by step.

Pink aura personality: are you compassionate and loving?

First Step: Getting in the Mood

I started by, you know, setting the scene. I dimmed the lights in my room, lit a few candles – nothing fancy, just some I had lying around. I also put on some chill music. I figured a calm atmosphere was key.

Second Step: The Meditation Part

Now, I’m no meditation expert, but I’ve dabbled a bit. I sat down, closed my eyes, and just focused on my breathing. Inhale, exhale. I tried to clear my mind of all the usual junk – work stuff, to-do lists, what to have for dinner… you get the idea. I focused on the present moment and my breathing.

Third Step: Visualizing the Pink

This is where the “pink” comes in. While still meditating, I started to picture a soft, pink light all around me. I imagined it kinda like a glow, starting from my chest and spreading outwards. It took a bit of effort to keep the image in my mind, but I just kept bringing my focus back to it.

Fourth Step: Feeling the Vibe

As I visualized the pink aura, I also tried to connect with the feelings associated with it. I’d heard pink is about love, compassion, and kindness. So, I focused on those feelings. I thought about people I care about, things I’m grateful for, and tried to really feel those positive emotions.

  • Think of people I care about.
  • Think of things I’m grateful for.
  • Tried to Feel positive about those emotions.

Fifth Step:Wrapping It Up

After about, I dunno, 20 minutes or so, I slowly started to bring myself back. I wiggled my fingers and toes, took a few deep breaths, and opened my eyes. I sat with myself to feel the results.

The Results

Honestly, I felt pretty good! I was relaxed, calm, and definitely in a more positive headspace. Did I actually see a pink aura? Not really, but that’s okay. The whole process was about feeling good, and I definitely achieved that. It felt good to take some time for myself and focus on positive vibes. I can totally see myself doing this again.I sat down, closed my eyes, and just focused on my breathing. Inhale, exhale. I tried to clear my mind of all the usual junk – work stuff, to-do lists, what to have for dinner… you get the idea.
