Okay, so I had to deal with Terminal 3 at Copenhagen Airport (CPH) the other day. Let me tell you about my experience.

Getting Started

First off, I looked up some basic info about the terminal online. I just wanted a general idea of the layout and what to expect. I was flying out, so my main goal was to figure out where to check in and go through security.

The Check-In Hustle

Once I arrived at the airport, I followed the signs for Terminal 3. It was pretty straightforward, thankfully. When I got inside, I checked the big departure boards to find my flight and the designated check-in counters.

The check-in area was busy, but not total chaos. I found my airline’s counters and joined the queue. It moved along at a decent pace, and I got my boarding pass and checked my luggage without any major issues.

Security Checkpoint

With boarding pass in hand, I headed towards security. Again, the signs were clear, so it was easy to find my way. This part always takes a bit of time, with taking off shoes and belts, and getting laptops out. I just followed the instructions of the security staff and got through it as quickly as possible.

Exploring the Terminal

After security, I had some time to kill before my flight. So, I wandered around the terminal a bit. There are a bunch of shops and restaurants, so you’re not stuck for choices if you’re hungry or want to do some last-minute souvenir shopping.

  • I grabbed a coffee and a pastry at a café.
  • I browsed through some of the duty-free shops.
  • I found a comfortable seating area near my gate and relaxed until it was time to board.

Boarding Time

I kept an eye on the departure boards and made sure i was on time, and made my way to the gate when my flight was called. The boarding process was pretty standard – showed my boarding pass, walked down the jet bridge, and found my seat on the plane.

Overall, my experience with Terminal 3 at CPH was pretty smooth. The signage was good, the staff were helpful, and everything seemed to run efficiently. Just follow the signs, give yourself enough time, and you should be good to go!
