Ended the night at this pop-up poetry reading behind a laundromat – zero promotion, just word-of-mouth magic. Plastic chairs, someone’s phone as microphone, random applause breaks.
Final score: Four genuinely free activities, three duds, one sugar rush from pastry samples. Best thing? Didn’t open my wallet once. Milan’s secret is digging through the garbage to find gold sometimes. Might do this every Tuesday now.
