Okay, so I wanted to figure out what the deal was with February temperatures in Nashville. You know, is it freezing? Do I need a parka? That kind of thing.

First, I just did a quick search, nothing fancy. Just typed in “february temperatures nashville” to see what popped up.
I saw a bunch of different weather websites, so I clicked around on a few of them to get a general idea. It’s always good to check a couple of sources, right? You never know who’s got the most up-to-date info.
What I found was pretty consistent across the board:
- Highs are usually in the 50s (Fahrenheit, of course).
- Lows dip down into the 30s.
- There’s a chance of some rain, and maybe even a little snow, but it doesn’t seem like a ton.
My overall opinion
Basically, it seems like a typical late-winter month in Nashville. Not super warm, but not ridiculously cold either. You’d probably want a decent jacket, maybe some layers, but you likely won’t be needing full-on winter gear.
I am going to try to go to Nashville in person at February next year.
