Okay, so the other day I was just chilling, scrolling through random stuff online, and I stumbled upon this question: “How big is Ibiza?” I mean, I’ve heard of Ibiza, the party island, right? But I had no clue about its actual size. So, I decided to do a little digging.
My Little Investigation
First, I just did a simple search. Just typed in “Ibiza size” and boom, the answer popped up.
It turns out, Ibiza is one of the smaller islands in a group called the Balearic Islands. I found out the area is something like 571 square kilometers. Honestly, that number didn’t mean much to me at first.
So, to get a better sense of scale, I did some more searching about the other islands close with.
- Mallorca: Supposedly the biggest, so Ibiza is smaller than that.
- Menorca: Also bigger than Ibiza, which means Ibiza’s the little one.
I still had no idea of how big those islands were, I’m a visual learner, I just had a vague sense of its size.
So there you have it. It’s not tiny, but it’s definitely not the biggest one around. Good enough for me.
