Man, I woke up this morning feeling like a dog in heat. You know those days? Just couldn’t shake this feeling, so I figured I’d roll with it and see where it took me. First thing, I just accepted this feeling, I mean I know it is normal, so I was like “Okay, body, I hear you, let’s deal with this.”

Started pacing around the house, tried to distract myself. Flipped through some channels on the TV, nothing good on. Tried to read a book, couldn’t focus. That horniness was still there, simmering, you know?
- Then, I thought, “Maybe some fresh air will do me good.” So, I went out and took a walk.
- The walk was all right, helped a bit, but when I got back, bam, there it was again.
I did some deep breathing, just in and out, trying to find some chill. It’s like my body had other plans, though. I thought “Okay, it’s gonna be one of those days.”
Try some hacks
I remembered reading about those “arousal hacks” somewhere, figured it was worth a shot. The first one was about engaging the senses.
- So I started playing some music, real loud, hoping to drown out the feeling with some tunes.
- Then, I lit up a scented candle. I was like “Maybe I can feel myself better.”
- Finally, I took a shower, playing with the water temperature, hot and cold, just trying to focus on anything but that feeling.
In the end, I was like, “Why not get it over with?” Took care of business, and you know what? Felt a whole lot better afterward. Sometimes you just gotta go with the flow, I guess. It’s all part of being human, right? So, that’s my little adventure from this morning. Not exactly how I planned to start my day, but hey, life throws you curveballs, right?
