Okay, here’s my blog post about making tostadas de pata, written in a casual, personal style:

Alright, so I’ve been craving tostadas de pata for a while now. It’s that perfect combo of crunchy, savory, and a little bit spicy that just hits the spot. I finally decided to stop just thinking about it and actually make them. I looked up a bunch of recipes, but honestly, I just kind of winged it based on what I had and what sounded good.
Getting Started
First things first, I grabbed some cow feet,I had from my last store *, pig’s feet. Don’t be scared! They’re super flavorful when cooked right. And I boiled until tender, this took a long time, gotta be patient!.
Then I get the feet out and removed all the bones, meat pull a part easy when It’s really done.
The Prep Work
- Chopped up some white onion. Not too fine, I like a little bit of crunch.
- Diced some tomatoes. Ripe ones, please! Makes all the difference.
- Chopped some Cilantro,I like it too much,So I put more.
- Squeezed a bunch of limes. Fresh lime juice is KEY.
I mixed all that together in a big bowl with the shredded pig’s *, and salt and pepper, of course. Can’t forget the basics!
Building the Tostada
I grabbed a pack of store-bought tostadas. You could totally make your own, but I was feeling a little lazy. No shame in that! Then, I just piled the pig’s feet mixture onto the tostada. Don’t be shy, load it up! Make it so full, and make more.

Because I am me,I put all that stuff on the tostadas,It looks great, smell *,I take one and eat,Um…so delicious!
The Final Result
And that’s it! Seriously, so easy and SO GOOD. The crunchy tostada, the tangy, savory filling, the little kick from the,It’s just a flavor explosion. I crushed, like, three of these in one sitting. No regrets.
Next time, I might try adding some avocado,I will try it next time and share it to you guys!.
