Okay, so, I’ve been wanting to write about this for a while, and today’s the day. I’m diving into the world of food festivals, and man, it’s been a ride. Here is my journey about discovering the most famous food festivals worldwide.
First off, I started by making a list. Just brainstorming, you know? I wrote down all the food festivals I could think of, the ones I’d heard about, read about, or seen on TV. My initial list was pretty short, but it was a start.

- And the food! Oh boy, the food. I saw pictures of dishes that made my mouth water. I mean, who wouldn’t want to try shrimp scampi in Italy, or some of those bite-size crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts bites? I was so hungry.
After gathering all this info, I started to organize it. I categorized the festivals by region, by type of food, and by time of year. It was a lot of work, but it helped me get a better sense of the scope of it all. I created a spreadsheet to keep track of everything. Columns for the festival name, location, dates, type of food, and any notes I had. That spreadsheet became my bible.
