Okay, so I’ve been meaning to put together a guide on Southeast Asia for ages, and I finally got around to doing it! It’s such an incredible part of the world, and picking the “best” places is tough, but I’ve tried to narrow it down based on my own trips and what I loved the most.

First, I started by brainstorming all the places I’ve been lucky enough to visit in Southeast Asia. I literally just grabbed a notebook and jotted down everywhere that came to mind – Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines… the list went on!
Then, I started thinking about what made each place special. Was it the food? The beaches? The temples? The overall vibe? I made little notes next to each place, trying to capture what stood out in my memory.
Next, I looked back at my photos and videos. Oh man, this was the fun part (and also made me want to book another flight immediately!). I scrolled through hundreds of pictures, reliving all those amazing moments. Seeing the photos helped me remember little details I might have forgotten, like that amazing street food stall in Bangkok or the incredible sunset I watched in Bali.
After that, I did some digging online. I wanted to see what other travelers were saying and if there were any hidden gems I might have missed. I checked out some travel blogs and forums, just to get a sense of what was popular and what people were raving about.I found some interesting point from others.
Finally, I pulled it all together. Based on my own experiences, my photo memories, and a little bit of online research, I made my list of the best places to visit. It was hard to narrow it down, but I focused on places that offered a good mix of culture, food, scenery, and adventure.

My personal record of the best places:
- Thailand: From the beautiful beaches, night markets, I always find something good.
- VietNam:I love their local foods.
- Cambodia: It has a long history, and I enjoy that.
It is a hard job to make a decision. But finally, I did it!
