Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of talk about auras lately, especially purple ones. I got curious and decided to dive in and see what all the fuss was about. I’m gonna walk you through what I did, just in case you’re also curious about this stuff.

My Aura Experiment
First, I needed to figure out how to even “see” an aura. I mean, it’s not like they just pop out at you, right? I found some simple instructions online:
- Find a plain white background. I just used a blank wall in my living room.
- Get someone to stand in front of it..I roped my friend Sarah into helping me.
- Relax and focus. This was the hardest part for me. I tend to overthink things.
- Soften your gaze.Instead of staring directly at Sarah, I tried to look slightly past her, kind of like those 3D “magic eye” pictures.
At first, I didn’t see anything. Just Sarah standing there, probably thinking I was a bit crazy. But I kept at it, trying to keep my eyes relaxed and my mind as blank as possible. It took a few minutes – and a lot of blinking – but then…I started to see a faint, hazy glow around her. It wasn’t super bright or obvious, more like a subtle shimmer.
The color was tricky to pin down. At times it looked kind of bluish, but then it would shift and seem more…well, purplish. I’m not gonna lie, it wasn’t some vibrant, glowing purple halo like you see in some pictures. It was more of a soft, pastel lavender-y color.
What Does a purple aura mean?
After several attempts, I am quite sure I saw a hazy purple light, I immediately searched the Internet for information about the meaning of purple aura.

I learned online, a purple aura is often linked to things like:
- Intuition and psychic abilities:Okay, I’m not claiming Sarah is suddenly going to start predicting the future, but she is pretty insightful.
- Spiritual awareness:She’s definitely more into meditation and mindfulness than I am.
- Creativity and imagination:Sarah’s an artist, so this part made a lot of sense.
- Wisdom and insight: She always gives pretty solid advice.
Honestly, the whole experience was pretty interesting. I’m still not sure if I really saw an aura, or if it was just my eyes playing tricks on me. But it was fun to try, and it definitely made me think more about the energy we all give off. I might even try it again with some other friends, just to see if I can spot any differences.
