Okay, so I decided to check out what the weather’s usually like in Vegas in May. I’ve heard it’s pretty nice, but I wanted to see for myself before maybe planning a trip.

First, I opened up my browser. Nothing fancy, just did a simple search for “May weather Las Vegas”.
I scrolled through a bunch of different weather websites. You know, the usual ones. And most of them said pretty much the same thing.
Typical May Weather in Vegas
- Highs: Usually in the low to mid 90s°F .
- Lows: Around the 60s°F at night. So, pretty comfy for sleeping!
- Rain: Practically none. Like, maybe one day of rain the whole month, if that.
- Sun: Lots of it! Sunshine almost every day.
I looked at some charts and graphs, just to get a better feel for the temperature trends. It looks like it gradually warms up throughout the month.
I also checked out a few forums and travel blogs. People were saying things like “perfect pool weather” and “bring a light jacket for the evenings”. Makes sense.
So, after digging around a bit, I’ve got a pretty good idea of what to expect. Seems like May in Vegas is a solid choice if you want warm, sunny days and comfortable nights. I think I am going to book the ticket!
