Okay, so I’ve always been curious about this whole “spirit animal” thing. I see it all over the internet, and it sounds kinda cool, right? Like, having a spirit animal that represents your inner self? I decided to finally figure out how to find mine. I’m gonna walk you through what I did, no fancy stuff, just my experience.

First Steps: Getting in the Zone

First, I needed to chill out. I mean, seriously chill. You can’t just think about your spirit animal in a busy office or on the bus, you feel me? So, I went to my backyard. I picked the backyard because its my space, I can be myself in it. I sat down on the grass, closed my eyes, and took some deep breaths. I focused on just breathing in and out, trying to clear my head of all the daily garbage.

The Meditation Part

Then, I tried to, like, visualize a peaceful place. For me, it was a forest. I imagined the sounds of birds, the smell of the trees, the feeling of the soft ground beneath me. I just tried to be there in my mind. I think this took the longest, gotta be honest. My mind kept wandering back to work stuff and what I was gonna have for dinner. But I kept pulling myself back to the forest.

Meeting the Animals

Once I felt really relaxed and “in the forest,” I started to imagine animals appearing. Just random ones, whatever popped into my head. I saw a deer, a squirrel, even a goofy-looking pigeon. I didn’t try to force anything, just let the images come.

  • Deer: Graceful, gentle, but kinda skittish.
  • Squirrel: Energetic, playful, always busy.
  • Pigeon:, surprisingly calm, just doing its thing.

Then, a wolf appeared. It just kinda walked into my “vision,” and it felt… different. It looked right at me, and I felt this weird connection, like a sense of understanding. It was intense! I just sat with that feeling for a while, not trying to analyze it, just letting it be.

Waking Up and Reflecting

After a while, I slowly opened my eyes and came back to reality. The wolf image was still really strong in my mind. I grabbed my notebook and jotted down everything I could remember: the forest, the other animals, but especially the wolf and how it made me feel. I wrote down words like “strong,” “loyal,” “protective,” and “intuitive.”

I’m not saying for sure that the wolf is definitely my spirit animal. But it felt significant. It’s something I’m gonna keep thinking about. Maybe I’ll do this meditation thing again and see if the wolf shows up. Or maybe I’ll start noticing wolf symbolism in my life. Who knows? It’s all pretty interesting, and I’m glad I finally tried it.

I would like to share it,maybe it could be helpful to you guys.
